Take the following steps to order your Autumn Term resources with a 20% Discount. (Terms and Conditions apply, and can be found below)

1. Simply fill out this electronic WoW Order Form and e-mail your required order at full price to richard.mullis@livingstreets.org.uk, putting '2011 DISCOUNT ORDER' in the e-mail subject title. Orders submitted via the website will not be eligible for the 20% discount.
2. Richard will then e-mail you back to confirm your discounted order and delivery details. Your order will be processed for delivery in late August. You will be invoiced at a discounted rate upon receipt of resources.

Terms and Conditions

- The discount is only available for new school sign-ups, defined as schools that have not run WoW since September 2009. Schools that currently run WoW are not eligible for the offer.

- The discount applies to the full cost of resources, as advertised from 1st June 2011. VAT and full delivery charges will be applied once the order is activated.

- The discount offer is only valid for orders received via e-mail by midnight 12 July.

- The discount offer applies only for Autumn Term 2011 resources - a school may only order discounted resources once.

- The discount will be applied to orders up to the full price value of £1000. Any orders above this figure will be charged at full price.

- Only orders received directly by Richard Mullis, as outlined above, will be eligible for the offer.
