Year 11 students at Macmillan completed two Campaign-in-a-Box sessions as part of a citizenship project . They explored different options that might persuade year 7 students to walk to school more. Here are some of their excellent ideas:

• themed assembly
• drama
• introducing new drop-off rules outside school
• walking bus for younger students, supervised by older students
• prizes or other incentives for those that walk regularly.
