NEWS FOR TEACHERS

Dates for Walk to School 2008!

We are already getting requests for the dates for next year, for school calendars and forward planning.
Walk to School week in May 2008 is planned to be 19th to 23rd May.

In Scotland the week will be the week before: 12th - 16th May. The change from the UK dates takes account of the public holidays in Scotland.

International Walk to School month will be October 2008. While we encourage you to celebrate the whole month, if you wish to choose a particular week within the month, the first full week is 6th to 10th October 2008.
