Competition Terms and Conditions

The prize draw is managed by Living Streets (The Pedestrians Association) a Registered Charity No. 1108448 (England and Wales) and SC039808 (Scotland), Company Limited by Guarantee (England & Wales), Company Registration No. 5368409. Registered office 4th Floor, Universal House, 88-94 Wentworth Street, E1 7SA. Every person who completes the Back to School WoW competition and enters a valid email address will be entered into the prize draw. Entrants are agreeing to the prize draw terms and conditions.

  1. Free Entry: There is no charge for entering the prize draw, no money is exchanged.
  2. Number of Entries Allowed:
    1. Only one entry per person.
    2. Entries will only be accepted when the Back to School WoW question is fully completed and a valid email address is given.
  3. Entry: Entry to the prize draw is automatic on answering the question correctly at www.walktoschool.org.uk
  4. Closing Date: 09 September 2011 at 5pm.
  5. Prizes: There are three WoW Parent’s Pack prizes available, consisting of a Bespoke A3 wallchart, 11 aluminium badges - to be given as rewards and a Parent's Guide - with everything you need to know about running WoW.
  6. Cash Alternatives to Prizes: There are no cash alternatives for this prize draw. The prize cannot be exchanged or changed.
  7. Entry Restrictions:
    1. Free prize entry is restricted to people located within the UK who have answered the competition question correctly and provided a valid email address.
    2. Only entrants who are 16 years of age and over can apply.
    3. Living Streets employees can not apply.
  8. Independence of the Draw: The draw will be independently supervised and winners will be picked at random from all the entries.
  9. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email. If the winner has not engaged within one month of receipt of the email or decides they do not want the prize, the draw supervisor will pull out another entry.

  11. Disclaimers: All entries will be added to our database for retrieval at the closing date time. We cannot accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged entries.
  12. Retention of Terms and Conditions: The free prize terms and conditions are available on request by calling Living Streets on 0207 7377 4900 or on our website at www.walktoschool.org.uk/competition-terms-and-conditions. Should the terms and conditions be amended, these avenues will be updated for entrants review. If printed, this is not a controlled document.
  13. Data Protection: Living Streets (The Pedestrians Association) will only process the personal data you have provided to administer the prize draw. We will not use your data for any other purposes than that which you have requested.
  14. Living Streets (The Pedestrians Association) will process customer details to respond to the customer enquiry, they will retain customer details for monitoring and analysis. Even when the customer has opted in to future contact from Living Streets (The Pedestrians Association) they may only use those details to provide further information on Living Streets (The Pedestrians Association) campaigns and news.
  15. The name of the winner will be available by contacting Living Streets (The Pedestrians Association) after the closing date.
